The Reality of Human resource Information System applications in Algerian’s Economic Enterprises

Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of Human Resources Information Systems applications in Algerian’s economic enterprises. We treated the notion of Human Resources Information Systems and its role in improving the efficiency of Human Resource management, and we evaluated and analyzed the fields of application in order to reveal the difficulties that face these systems and limit their efficiency. The study has been conducted on a set of economic enterprises.
