dc.description.abstractModern organizations seek excellence, efficiency and keeping abreast of the developments. The most important element of this development is the conviction of the importance of organizational values as a strategic basis and a positive engine for the conduct of human resources, the perception and the optimal use of values within the organization, which bring together what presidents and subordinates, is the best option to achieve the goals of the Organization. Thus, the present study aimed at theoretical understanding of the subject of organizational values through exposure to different concepts and highlighting the most important stages in the development of organizational values and their classification.en_US
