Abstract

This study aimed to identify role cohesion of the sports team in the improvement of sports results at the football players. Where the applied study on some teams the city of ourgla of different levels, and sections of the differences as soon as research as much about 120 players and sample the capacity of 54 players by 45% copy of the research community, and research during the study on the descriptive approach. Because it best suited the subject of the study, and also reviewed the administration of the study was to measure the cohesion of the sports team of Mohammed Hassn Elawy in 1998. For as some of the statistical methods of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the equation of Alpha cronbach, treatment Spearman Brown. Adaption program statistical for the social sciences (Spss) Edition 15 concluded the results below: _ Cohesion of the sports team is a positive role in improving the results of sorts when the football players due to some of the variables of the study (Age, Experience and levels team) _ Cohesion of the sports team is a positive role in improving the results of the sports. When the football players have teams of the city of ourgla and that as a result of the length of stay and meet members of the team sports with each other whenever enjoy cohesion achievements, and the more sports results more.
