dc.description.abstractThis study examined the level of support social and the interaction effect between psychological hardiness and support social to predicting the coping strategies on sample of 300 working mothers to teaching in three stages. The result of the study found that there is a high level of social support and the existence of a interaction effect between the variables of psychological hardiness and social support contributed to predict strategies dealing with stress in working mothers in education, and this was achieved for only one dimension, which is the strategies to solve the problem.en_US
