dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to reveal the hierarchy of the organizational values prevailing in the organization and its levels of dimensions, and how the different perception of these dimensions by gender, age, seniority, rank, based on Organizational values of Dave Francis and the Mike woodcock scale, which was applied to a sample of 207 employees in Oran HYPROC Shipping Company, so selected by a coincidence way, the results are as follows: - The organizational values prevailing in the organization are distinguished by hierarchical order. - The dimensions of organizational values prevailing in the organization are at different levels. - There is no statistically significant difference in the general indicator of organizational values by sex. - There are no statistically significant differences in the general indicator of organizational values by age. - There are no statistically significant differences in the general indicator of organizational values according to seniority. - There are no statistically significant differences in the general indicator of the organizational values by rank.en_US
