اثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على النمو الاقتصادي دراسة قياسية (حالة الجزائر 1962-2016 )

Abstract

لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في شكل تحليل للتعرف على العلاقة بين متغيرين هما تغيرات أسعار البترول الخام والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، وهما مقاسان على التوالي بنسبة التغير لأسعار البترول الخام سنويا ومعدل النمو للناتج الداخلي الخام سنويا. ولتحليل هذه العلاقة لجانا إلى اخذ فترة طويلة من 1962 إلى 2016 وتطبيق دراسة قياسية تعتمد أساسا على السلاسل الزمنية أي طرق السلاسل الزمنية وباستخدام فكرة نسبة التغير للمتغيرتين باعتبار أسعار البترول الخام كمتغير مستقل ومتغير النمو الاقتصادي كمتغير تابع وبدراسة استقرارية السلسلتين وتطبيق التكامل المشترك خلصنا إلى وجود علاقة وطيدة تناسبية بين المتغيرين, في المدى الطويل ،مع تطبيق اختبارات التكامل المشترك والانحدار الذاتي موزع الإبطاء .

This study was conducted in the form of an analysis to identify the relationship between two variables the changes in crude oil prices and economic growth in Algeria, respectively, the rate of change in the prices of crude oil annually, and the rate of change of the gross domestic product per year The analysis of this relationship led to a long period from 1962 to 2016 and the application of a standard study based mainly on time series, time series methods and using the idea of the ratio of change of variables as crude oil prices as an independent variable and variable economic growth as a dependent variable and the study of the stability of the two series and the application of Cointegration ARDL test.
