أثر آليات الحكم ال راشد على النمو الاقتصادي دراسة اقتصادية قياسية لحالة بعض الدول العربية للفترة من: 1996 - 2015

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر آليات الحكم الراشد كمفسر على النمو الاقتصادي بصفته المتغير المستجيب و ذالك من خل دراسة قياسية اقتصادية شملت العالم العربي ممثلا بعشرون ) 02 ( دولة عربية للفترة الممتدة . )0262-6991( و لبلوغ هذا الهدف اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على بيانات إجمالي الناتج المحلي معبرا للنمو الاقتصادي لدول العينة كمتغير تابع و المؤشرات الست للحكم الراشد كمتغيرات مفسرة باستخدام تحليل نماذج السلاسل الزمنية ذات المقاطع الطولية ، بدءا بالتحليل الساكن ثم اختبارات سكون السلاسل و التكامل المشترك و دراسة أثر الصدمات في المستقبل . و في النهاية خلص البحث إلى مثالية نموذج الانحدار ذو الآثار الثابتة في دراسة العلاقة، حيث أكدت نتائج الدراسة ان أثر آليات الحكم الراشد قصير المدى على النمو الاقتصادي .

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of the mechanisms of good governance as an explanation of economic growth as a changing variable, as well as from a standard economic study covering the Arab world represented by twenty )02( Arab countries for the period (1996-2015). In order to achieve this objective, we have relied on the gross domestic product Gross Domestic Production (GDP) data as an indicator of the economic growth of the sample countries as a dependent variable and the six indicators of governance as explanatory variables using the analysis of longitudinal time series, beginning with static analysis, Future shocks. Finally, the study concluded that the regression model has a consistent effect on the relationship. The results of the study confirm that the impact of short-term governance mechanisms on economic growth.
