معوقات الممارسة النفسية في مؤسسات الصحة العمومية الج ا زئرية من وجهة نظر عينة الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين الممارسين د ا رسة ميدانية بولايات الشرق الج ا زئري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على أهم معوقات الممارسة النفسية التي تواجه الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين في مؤسسات الصحة العمومية الج ا زئرية بولايات الشرق الج ا زئري من حيث الأهمية بالترتيب, والتعرف على درجة حدتها, وكذلك التعرف على أثر بعض المتغي ا رت في هذه المعوقات,وهل لمؤسسات الصحة العمومية بولايات الشرق الج ا زئري دور في تشكل وظهور معوقات تعيق عمل الأخصائي النفسي العيادي, فعتمدنا في د ا رستنا على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي التحليلي. ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة تم القيام بد ا رسة بيبليوغ ا رفية بحثنا فيها عن أهم معوقات الممارسة النفسية التي تعترض الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين إنطلاقا مما توصلت إليه مجموعة من الد ا رسات السابقة المشابهة التي كشفت حقيقة مايواجه الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين من معوقات في ممارستهم النفسية التي تحول دون تحقيق الأهداف المسط رة لمهنتهم, وقد سمحت هذه الد ا رسة البيبليوغ ا رفية من توزيع معوقات الممارسة النفسية إلى مجالات تتمحور فيها أغلب معوقات الممارسة النفسية . لذلك تم تصميم مقياس معوقات الممارسة النفسية التي تواجه الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين بمجموع 69 فقرة موزعة على 50 محاور هي : محور معوقات الممارسة النفسية المتعلقة بالتكوين, الإمكانيات, العلاقات المهنية, ثقافة المجتمع, المهام . وبعد التحقق من صلاحية الأداة ومن صدقها وثباتها, تم تطبيق الد ا رسة على عينة من الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين متكونة من 500 أخصائي نفساني من ولايات الشرق الج ا زئري, ولتحليل البيانات إحصائيا تم إستخدام التك ا ر ا رت والنسب المئوية والوزن النسبي وتحليل التباين. وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج تبين أن لمؤسسات الصحة العمومية بولايات الشرق الج ا زئري دور في تشكل وظهور معوقات تعيق عمل الأخصائي النفسي, كذلك تبين لنا أن أهم معوقات الممارسة النفسية التي تواجه الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين في مؤسسات الصحة العمومية الج ا زئرية بولايات الشرق الج ا زئري هي كمايلي مرتبة ترتيبا تنازليا حسب أهميتها : معوقات الممارسة النفسية المتعلقة بالتكوين, ثم ثقافة المجتمع, ثم الإمكانيات, ثم المهام, ثم العلاقات المهنية . ب كما إتضح أن معوقات الممارسة النفسية التي قد تواجه الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين بدرجة حدة مرتفعة كانت في أغلب الأبعاد 05 ماعدا محور العلاقات المهنية كانت درجة الحدة متوسطة في بعديه. وقد ظهر أنه لا يوجد إختلاف "أثر" في إستجابات الأخصائيين النفسانيين في معوقات الممارسة النفسية بإختلاف كل من نوع الجنس, الرتبة, الخبرة, المؤسسة والتفاعل بينهم.

This study was aimed to identify the most important obstacles to psychological practice facing cliancians psychologists in the Algerian public health institutions for Algerian eastern wilayates in terms of importance in order, and get to know the degree of severity, as well as to identify the impact of some intermediate variables in these constraints, so that the study of these constraints is the right starting point in the way of planning for the advancement of psychiatric practice in public health institutions of Algeria, through specialist to take care of cliancians psychologists supervisors To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher studied the bibliographic on the most important impediments to psychological practice, which stand in the way of the clinician psychologists Proceeding from the findings of a series of previous studies that revealed the fact obstacles in the psychological exercise that turned without them and without achieving the objectives underlined their profession, has this allowed the bibliographic study of the distribution of the psychological obstacles to the practice areas in which most of the obstacles centered psychological practice. The researcher design constraints facing psychological practice psychologists a total of 68 items distributed to 05 axes: axis obstacles psychological practice of composition, capabilities, professional relationships, the culture of the community, the tasks so that each axis has a 13 or 14 paragraph. After verification of the tool validity and validity and reliability, the study applied to a sample of psychologists composed of 255 from the wilayate of the East Algerian specialist, and to analyze data statistically and the use of frequencies, percentages and relative weight and t-test for two independent samples The study found the results turned out to be the most important obstacles facing the clinicians psychological in the Algerian public health institutions for east algerian wilayates are arranged in descending order of importance: the psychological obstacles to the practice of composition and culture of the community, and then the possibilities Tasks, and then professional relationships. As it turns out that the obstacles facing the psychological in high degree of unity was in the majority of 10-dimensional axis professional relationships except the degree of sharpness in the medium dimensions. And no statistically significant differences at among psychologists in the psychological obstacles to the practice of tasks depending on the type of grade for the benefit of ordinary psychologists has appeared. . As it turns out that there are no significant differences between psychologists in the psychological obstacles to practice different from each gender, rank, experience, the nature of the interest used. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends rearranging the health system policy in Algeria through re-consideration of psychological practice based on the د impediments to psychological practice study revealed their importance, and the severity of the unit through an increase in the time and effort to develop psychological practice so that they become subject to scientific conditions including easy psychologists tasks. The researcher recommended the need to conduct a study similar and broadly to include more variables and greater samples.
