dc.description.abstractThe defense of women's rights is among the universal demands, but it takes different forms, in terms of content and purposes and the form of family or society as a whole to be created. So we can say that this demand was not absent in the Algerian arena. In this regard, the pages of this article will highlight the role of civil society, specifically women's organizations in the defense of the rights of Algerian women, specifically demanding the change of family law of 1984, to take another form that protects women's rights.en_US
