The characteristics and the nature of the cognitive abilities of the autistic child are considered one of the features which determined and shape the nature of his relation with the social context. The impact of these characteristics occurs on his way of communicative development with the outer world, due to the contact link of cognitive skills. These latter characteristics must be taken into consideration in order to understand the autistic child knowledge development. Some theories have attempted to explain and understand the employment of knowledge to the hermit child; similar to Woolsey hypothesis of disintegration of thinking and see the inability of the autistic to represent the other frame of mind and his thinking, (Firth 1992) explained through this hypothesis the disintegration of Central Harmony in autism. Through experimental results he concluded that autism has a piecemeal approach of information which effects the overall integration, where it focuses on the merits of the things in the environment while neglecting about the overall context of things which reduces its meanings’ perception. While the approach of information processing( Hugues 2002, Mottron 2005)) put the problem on the level of the organizing of the excusive functions i.e. the sum of skills which are associated by the supreme functions that monitor, plan ,organize the behavior, stop the mechanist activities, and save the information in the working memory during the task execution. This latter which is an interrelated processes through which we are trying in our present paper to understand the nature of the cognitive employment of hermit child through using them in speech and language therapy with his communicative problems.en_US
