Abstract: The main objective of organizations is looking for excellence and enhancing their abilities to act as a social entity ,self-independent. This aim is base don the ability to adapt and integrate as a social active system in its community. Those objectives are linked to the social and cultural components of the organization that allows the individual goals to be congruent with the organization's objectives. This cultural component or cultural system of the organization as a system of meanings shared among the members may happen through an interactive system from which the members of the organization decide the patterns adopted to solve problems that cope on mass.
