dc.description.abstractThe study goals to detect the level for psychological well being at work of customs employees who work with regional directorate customs, and determine the effect for psychological well being at work of individual backg round ( seniority, family situation and professional level), we have to choosing eighty (80) employees and employee, they applied a measure of positive and negative affect which developed by( peter war,1990: 200)(PANAS) and scale of job satisfaction prepared by the student , We have adopted also for this study descriptive statistical package(SPSS/20) To calculate the arithmetic and it was standard deviation, t test and variance analysis test , the following the study found this results: - The level of customs employees feeling psychological well being is Medium; - There are not differences in psychological level is due to a variable seniority; - There are not differences in psychological level is due to a variable family situation; - There are differences in the level of psychological well being due to variable professional level.en_US
