dc.description.abstractThe aim of the present study is to identify the nature of the relationship between total quality management (TQM) and functionality performance, In production, settinge based In Oran Alegria, In addition to identifying the overall Quality Planning, Quality control and continual improvement , As assumed by"Juran" model (1998). A randow sample of sixty five (65) workers from both enterprisses participate in the study. The results revealed a high level of interest from managers to apply tne different dimantins of TQM and functional performance.en_US
