Abstract: The modern science of administration has showed that the human resource that aims to the success of its institution is not fulfilled with the work delegated to him, but goes beyond that to extend to a voluntary work called organizational citizenship behavior, which means that the worker performs a voluntary behavior that is not depend on the motivations system and has a positive impact on the organization. Therefore, the present study came with aim to know the level of the practice of the professor at the University of Ouargle for the behaviour of organizational citizenship in the light of gender variables and professional experience. The study questions were established as follows: - What is the level of practice of the organizational citizenship behaviour of the Professor at the University of Ouargla? - Are there differences in the level of the practice of organizational citizenship behaviour of the Professor at the University of Ouargla due to gender and professional experience? The study was based on descriptive explorative comparative method, being exploratory in its beginning and then extended to study the possible differences in the variable on the taxonomic variables studied
