dc.description.abstractThe current study aims to identify the level of teaching competencies of special education teachers and to identify the differences between the different samples (gender, qualification, specialization). The study community consists of all teachers and teachers of education specialized centers in the Wilaya of El Oued. The note network has been implemented and verified for its reliability and stability. The results of the present study indicate that the level of teaching competencies of special education teachers is low, and there are no statistically significant differences in teaching competencies due to gender and specialization, and there were differences of statistical significance in teaching competencies due to scientific qualifications.en_US
