Abstract

The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is considered one of the most important social issues that have occupied researchers in Algeria since years, but the most dangerous, of the aspects of the occupy a prominent place within the negative consequences and risks to society, the economy and development, which would threaten the social system, and destabilization. So now within the list of topics of study and research and inquiry; in order to prepare a multi-pronged scheme (preventive, curative, rehabilitative and educational), with a view to the upbringing of children, and the reduction of sound aggravation of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, which continue to rise to raise attention.
