Abstract: This study aimed to identify the the effect of The instruction based on the Qur'an and Sunah texts with biological concepts on 12th grade female students' achievement in biology and their attitudes towards it .To answer the questions of the study, the researchers designed and applied two instrument on the study, which included (80) female students divided into two groups the control group and the experimental group. The results of this study revealed that there was a statistically significant difference (α=0.05) between students' achievement in biology and attitudes towards it, levering the experimental group. The researchers recommended using the integration of the Qur'an and Sunnah text with biological concepts while teaching, and design science curricula.
