Abstract

الملخص : تتميز التنمية الإنسانية بالتشعب لذلك ازداد الاهتمام بها في السنوات الأخيرة باعتبارها عملية بناء حضاري و عملية شاملة و مستمرة تهدف إلى تحقيق الرفاهية في المجتمعات و أداة تعكس مدى التطور الاقتصادي و السياسي و الاجتماعي و الثقافي في هذا الأخير و مشاركة النساء في البناء الحضاري لتلك المجتمعات صار لا يقل أهمية عن مشاركة الرجال باعتبار أن تقارير التنمية الإنسانية جعلت منها مؤشرا رئيسيا لقياس مدى تطور البلدان ، ذلك لان وضعية المرأة في المجتمعات العربية تحتم علينا الدراسة في هذا المجال من خلال البيئتين الداخلية و الخارجية و البحث في إمكانية مساهمة التمكين السياسي للمرأة في تحقيق التنمية الإنسانية قي المنطقة العربية و في الجزائر و تونس خاصة

Summary : Human development is characterized by an intensification of interest in recent years as a process of cultural construction and a comprehensive and continuous process aimed at achieving prosperity in societies and a tool that reflects the extent of economic, political, social and cultural development in the latter and the participation of women in the civilizational building of these societies No less important than men's participation is the fact that human development reports have made it a major indicator for measuring the development of countries, because the status of women in Arab societies requires us to study in this area through the internal and external environment and For the political empowerment of women in achieving human development in the Arab region and in Algeria and Tunisia in particular

Résumé: Le développement humain se caractérise par Balchab si l'attention a augmenté ces dernières années que la construction d'un processus civilisé et un processus global et les objectifs continus pour parvenir à la prospérité dans les sociétés et l'outil reflète l'ampleur du développement économique, politique et social et culturel dans celui-ci et la participation des femmes dans la construction culturelle de ces communautés sont devenues pas moins important que la participation des hommes comme les rapports de développement humain ont fait un indicateur clé pour mesurer l'ampleur du développement des pays, parce que le statut des femmes dans les sociétés arabes nous oblige à étudier dans ce domaine grâce à des environnements internes et externes et des recherches sur la possibilité d'une contribution l'autonomisation politique des femmes dans la réalisation du développement humain et précieuse région arabe en Algérie et en Tunisie en particulier. .
