التنمية البيئية وتأثيرها على التنمية الحلية دراسة حالة بلدية النزلة 2005/2015

Abstract

البيئة هي الوسط والمكان الذي يعيش فيه الكائن والتي تشكل مجموعة من الظروف والعوامل التي تساعده على بقائه ودوام حياته فالإنسان يؤثر فيها و يتأثر بها من خلال عناصرها الطبيعية الماء والتربة والهواء ،فالتنمية البيئية تعني استغلال عدد ضخم من السكان في الإنتاج لتصبح القوى العاملة المحلية اقل تكلفة وأكثر فائدة من استعمال التكنولوجيا المتطورة في عمليات الزراعة والبناء و لا يعني هذا رفض التكنولوجيا الحديثة بقدر ما يعني ووضع مصفاة تسمح بدخول عمل مفيد لعملية التنمية وتستبعد كل ما هو ضار والتقليل من التأثيرات المطلوبة الناجمة عن عمليات التنمية المختلفة.

L’environnement c’est le milieu nécessaire pour vivre les êtres vivants, donc ce dernier doit être conforme aux conditions favorables pour les aider à survivre, et l’être humain c’est l’élément essentiel pour le sauvegarder surtout ces éléments qui les constituer : l’eau, la terre et l’air. Donc le développement de l’environnement c’est l’exploitation des ces éléments et les préserves pour avoir une vie seine et meilleure. Diriger vers le secteur agricole pour développer le secteur de l’industrie et en suite le secteur des services, en fin arrive à un développement global et durable a partir d’un développement local de l’environnement. A travers plusieurs opérations au niveau local qui en relation avec l’environnement surtout avec la participation de la société civile et plus précisément les associations du travail humanitaire et du volontariat et association a pour but préserver l’environnement et contre la pollution et les autres a caractère lucrative.
