الحوكمة الفندقية في الجزائر "دراسة حالة فندق التاسيلي بورقلة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسةبالعربية: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع الحوكمة الفندقية في الجزائر من خلال دراسة لواقع الحوكمة الفندقية في فنادق ورقلة الطاسيلي كنموذج، وذلك عبر تحديد دور الحوكمة في تحسين أداء الفنادق وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية في الأسواق العالمية في محاولة لاختبار إشكالية الدراسة: فيما تتمثل الحوكمة الفندقية؟ وما واقعها في فنادق الجزائر فندق التاسيلي؟. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر لم تصل بعد إلى تطبيق الحوكمة الفندقية بشكل كبير رغم الجهود المبذولة في سبيل تطوير هذا القطاع بسبب العوائق التي تحول دون تحقيقها كالفساد الإداري وضعف الرقابة على الخدمات المقدمة وعدم مطابقتها للمعايير الدولية. ولكن هذا لا ينفي أن الدولة لا تقدم جهود في سبيل تطبيق الحوكمة الفندقية من خلال وضع إستراتيجيات ومخططات على المستوى القصير والمتوسط والطويل وتبني إستراتيجية متينة ورشيدة في سبيل ذلك. .

Summary of the study in English: This study addresses the subject of governance in Algeria through a study of the reality of governance in Ouargla hotels Tassili as model by defining the role of governance in improving the performance of hotels and enhance their competitiveness in global markets in an attempt to test the problematic study: is corporate governance? And reality in Algeria Hotels Hotel Tassili?. The study concluded that Algeria is yet to implement governance Hotel greatly despite the efforts made to develop this sector because of obstacles to their achievement as corruption and poor oversight to services and non-conformity to international standards. But this does not mean that the State does not provide for the application of governance through the hotel developing strategies and plans at short, medium and long term and build a solid and rational strategy.

résumé de l'étude : Cette étude aborde le sujet de la gouvernance en Algérie à travers une étude de la réalité de la gouvernance dans les hôtels de Ouargla Tassili comme modèle en définissant le rôle de la gouvernance dans l'amélioration de la performance des hôtels et d'améliorer leur compétitivité sur les marchés mondiaux dans une tentative de tester la problématique étude : est la gouvernance d'entreprise ? Et la réalité en Algérie Hôtels hôtel Tassili?. L'étude a conclu que l'Algérie est encore à mettre en œuvre la gouvernance hôtel grandement malgré les efforts déployés pour développer ce secteur en raison des obstacles à leur réalisation comme la corruption et de mauvaise surveillance de services et la non-conformité aux normes internationales. Mais cela ne signifie pas que l'État ne prévoit l'application de la gouvernance par le biais de l'hôtel développe des stratégies et des plans à court, moyen et long terme et bâtir une stratégie solide et rationnelle
