Abstract

أكدت ثورة نوفمبر بالدليل بأن لا شيء مستحيل مع الإرادة ما ظل الإصرار موجودا والقدرة على المغالبة قائمة، وإذ ندرك يقينا بأن تاريخ الجيش يعتبر من العناصر الرئيسية المشكلة للوعي التاريخي، فإننا نعمل على جمعه وحفظه وتصنيفه وترتيبه وتبويبه وحمايته ليوضع في متناول الباحثين والمؤرخين. كما بينت الجزائر في العديد من المرات عن استعدادها الكامل للمشاركة النشطة في أي مبادرة ترمي إلى إقامة السلم والاستقرار في العالم، ومن هذا المنطلق استغلت الجزائر كل الطرق، خاصة وأن التطور الذي عرفه العالم أفرز تهديدات حقيقية غالبا ما كانت عابرة للحدود. وفي هذا الفضاء تبقى المشاكل التي لها علاقة بالجيش والإرهاب والهجرة الغير شرعية... وفي هذا الوضع العالمي المتقلب بسبب المصالح الإستراتيجية المتناقضة، إلا أن المؤسسة العسكرية وبإيقاع متناسق مع مواقفها البناءة فإنها تواصل إعطاء المثل عندما يتعلق بالوفاء لالتزاماتها الدولية، وحاضرا في كل اللقاءات والمنتدبات التي تهتم بالسلم والأمن.

La révolution de novembre a confirmé que rien n'est impossible tant qu'il y a du courage, de la solidarité et une réelle volonté de vaincre. De ce fait, on conçoit que l'histoire de l'armée est une empreinte indélébile qui constitue la mémoire de l'histoire du pays. Pour cela, il faut impérativement la sauve garder pour une mise en valeur, et d'une institution nationale pour qu'il soit à la portée des chercheures et des écrivains. A partir du moment ou le développement de la stabilité mondiale devient une nuisance pour nous : (l'armée, du terrorisme et de l'imigration) les problèmes resteront réels. Dans ce texte mondial perturbé par les profits stratégique, l'institution reste fidèle à ses traditions de continuité de bon devoir et de participation dans le monde.The November Revolution confirmed that nothing is impossible as long as there has courage, solidarity and a real will to win. Therefore, it is understandable that the history of the military is an indelible mark which is the memory of the history of the country. For this, it is imperative to keep saves for development, and a national institution for it to be within the reach of researchers and writers. From the moment the development of global stability becomes a nuisance to us (the army, terrorism and imigration) problems remain real. In this global text disturbed by the strategic benefits, the institution remains true to its tradition of having good continuity and participation in the world.
