Abstract

The research discusses Al Hajaj's intellectual research into the artistic prose of Umayyad rhetoric as an example. His preface indicates a brief knowledge of Al Hajaj's rhetorical thought , and its relationship with the rhetorical concept. The research also essentially addresses Al Hajaj's rhetorical thought and his intellectual images ; the main features of which are : appeal , analogy , division , and representation, reality argument , Quranic evidence argument , and finally poetic evidence argument . The research ends with a conclusion.
