dc.description.abstractThis article captures the importance of network planning as an effective means of evaluating and scheduling projects of all kinds whether existing or new projects, one of the most important methods and techniques used in project planning and control is Gantt technology. The study concluded that what distinguishes Gantt technology in the scheduling of projects in general, is the delay for the period specified contract to deliver the project (whether study or implementation), where a number of problems emerged during the implementation of the project, causing delays may be critical or non-critical to delay the project end date from the specified contractual end date, these problems not only affected the contractor, but all parties involved in the project.en_US
