This empirical study aims to determine the effectiveness of the field training in the professional sector organized by the higher education and training institutions for the benefit of their students in the stage of graduation, and to highlight the extent of their influence on the student's qualifications and theoretical and methodological knowledge, This is within the framework of Executive Decree N°13-306 of 11 August 2013, which includes organizing field training in the professional environment for students. We prepared a special questionnaire, distributed to graduates students of the University Center of Illizi in 2017, which were dealt with a series of statistical tests, using the program of statistical groups for social sciences SPSS V.20. The results of the study showed that there was no close correlation or statistically significant relationship between the variables of the study. It was also found that there is homogeneity in the responses of the students who are coming to graduate according to their demographic differences around the study's axes.en_US
