dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the impact of empowering workers to improve the quality of health services in the private sector, which is considered as one of the modern methods, applied in many of institutions that deals with human resource. This research was conducted on a sample of 58 workers in the Rimal Clinic Eloued. The data analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS 20). The results revealed that there is no statistically significant impact of empowering workers by its two dimensions (teamwork and sharing information) to improve the quality of health services, but There is a statistically significant impact of empowering workers with its dimension (freedom and independence) to improve the quality of health services..en_US
