The Role of Environmental Policy in Achieving the Sustainable Exploitation of Naturel Ressources in Algérie - The Case of Msila Sanders -

Abstract

The purpose of This paper is to studie the impact of environmental Policy on rationalisation of the exploitation of naturel ressources by demonstration the importance of environmental Policy instruments (légal and économique), especially with the parution of Law 03/10 related to the protection of the environnement within the framework of sustainable développement, Finally, a case of Natural ressources, considered one of the Most depleted ressources in Alegria, was examined.

This study showed how the environmental policy contributed to the sustainability of the sand by replacing another natural resource, gravel sand, which helped to rationalize the consumption of sand.
