Abstract: The study aimed to identify the "material and moral incentives and their impact on the performance of employees" in private hospitals in the capital, Amman, represented a sample of appropriate study for statistical analysis (120) questionnaire, as the researcher using descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of the study and its objectives, and represented the most prominent results of the study that There is the impact of a statistically significant incentives (physical and moral) on the performance of employees in private hospitals in Jordan, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, notably the development of policies and strategies to increase the effectiveness of the incentives, as well as the need to use incentives system able to meet the needs of workers.
