dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study was to identify the extent to which the health institution relied on change management to improve the quality of the health service provided. To achieve this goal, a field study was conducted on the public hospital institution Ahmed Ben Adjila in Laghouat, for the following categories: doctors, administrators, paramedics, The questionnaire was distributed in 75 samples, 62 samples were retrieved, and the data was analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods. In addition, Finally, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact of change management on the quality of the health service of the institution under study. The study came out with a set of recommendations, focusing on qualitative change through good training. Good training works to raise the skills and knowledge of the employees.en_US
