Abstract: This study aims to identify the Algerian consumer perception of social marketing activities and its effects on his Attitudes. The study population included the Algerian customers in the mobile communication market dealing with mobilis & Ooredoo Telecom Companies. A survey study was conducted by distributing a on a convenient sample of (532) respondents. The researchers attained the following results: * Statistically significant differences in the degree of Algerian consumer Awareness of the social marketing activities due to the following factors: level of education and income; while the differences in their attitudes are due to the following factors: age and income. * There is a statistically significant impact at the 0.05 level of the Algerian consumers' perception of social marketing activities of Ooredoo & mobilis Telecom Companies on their attitudes;
