dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to determine the availability of the knowledge management application requirements in the regional directorate of Algiers Telecom in Ouargla, through conducting a field survey using the interview and questionnaire tools and conducting the statistical processing through SPSS version 19 to analyze the phenomenon. The results of the study concluded that the requirements for the application of knowledge management in the Regional Directorate of Communication Algerie in Ouargla are particularly high for the dimensions of organizational culture, human resources and information technology, and are available to a medium degree for both organizational and organizational leadership. But may not have taken into account the requirements of implementing knowledge management in a practical way in the organization.en_US
