Abstract: The reader of the book "Introduction Ibn Khaldun" from the beginning to the end, looking at the curriculum and the nature of the proposal and the material employed for this purpose, is well aware of the importance of this book knowledge of the curriculum and material and purpose, especially with regard to the bold demand for historical material, Ibn Khaldun "to philosophize Islamic history to his era, a truly unique attempt, which we find no similar in our Arab intellectual heritage of its magnitude, and its multiplicity. Ibn Khaldun aspired to a holistic view of the history of mankind, in its individual and collective form, as a comprehensive general history. Ibn Khaldun was forced to change the nature of the prevailing perception of the concept of history and to come up with new mechanisms and an innovative vision that, as far as possible, transcends previous utopian doctrines, and prepares him to reconsider these false results with a false dimension. The historical stages of Ibn Khaldun have inevitable secretions and interrelated correlations that complement each other causally, although the manifestations of morphology and appearance are different. Ibn Khaldun, in his critique of historians, began with the principle of historical determinism, which requires above all recognition of the causal link between the phenomena of society and its events. Thus, civilization and culture seem to be two conditions of life, but they differ from "all-inclusive"; both nomadic and urban. Therefore, human civilization has become, according to this view, a qualitative presence between these two, although it is a common communal existence between them. As if Ibn Khaldun on this side connects people's awareness of their social existence. Completely in accordance with the modern Marxist view that links the degree of awareness of material ownership. Which was generally intended to show the difference between a rigid society accustomed to sanctifying the Fathers, and a developed society that was rushing to renew its habits and ideas relatively quickly.
