Abstract: The 21st Century could be seen in terms of a decisive phase in the history of mankind. It is the era of the information and communication technology par excellence. It is the time when man could integrate language in the digital sphere. This means that man is permanently interested in the use and usage of language in information and informatics community. Language is considered as one of the basics of man’s intelligence, and the origin/source of artificial intelligence as well. In order that the Arab world could adhere and have a say in the field of digitalization, it is imperative to improve the Arabic language. This action requires an urgent reform and rectification of the Arabic language and an overall treatment of its complications seriously and rationally.
