دور التنمية البشرية في النمو الاقتصادي دراسة حالة دول المغرب العربي خلال الفترة 2000-2016

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اثر الاهتمام بتنمية الرأسمال البشري بالنهوض بأداء النمو الاقتصادي للمنطقة العربية وتحديدا في جزئها الغربي، على اعتبار أن الكثير من الدراسات المعاصرة ناقشت أهمية الدور الذي يلعبه الإنسان في النهوض بتنمية بلاده ومجتمعه خصوصا في حال الاهتمام به وبحاجته. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات مدى طويل ما بين تطوير برامج التنمية البشرية وتحسين مستويات النمو الاقتصادي لاقتصاديات البلدان المدروسة، فالصحة والتعليم والتغذية وغيرها هي من الحاجات الأساسية التي ترتبط بها قاطرة التنمية، على ان سوء الإنفاق عليها لن يحقق الأهداف المطلوبة كما أن ضعف استغلالها او تهميشها سيجعلها لقمة سهلة تستغل من غير بلدانها والتي تعاني اما من ضعف حجم عمالتها او من شيخوخة شعوبها. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the importance of the role of human development in the development of the country and its society, especially in the case of interest in it and its need. She concluded that there is a long-term relationship between the development of human development programs and the improvement of the economic growth levels of the economies of the studied countries. Health, education, nutrition and others are among the basic needs of the development locomotive. Poor spending on them will not achieve the desired goals and poor exploitation or marginalization. Will make it an easy summit exploited by non-countries, which suffer either from the size of their labor or the aging of their peoples.
