Abstract: The current research aims to identify the network of the children of Riyadh. The sample included 250 children from the kindergartens of the state kindergartens in the city of Baghdad. In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcherBuilding the scale of the (network relations) after reviewing the theories and previous studies on the subject of research, including the measure of network relations as final 23 items representing positions of positive and negative behavior and each position has been given three alternatives , representing each item of network relationship scale items, the child with (his peers boys) and (his peer girls) The researcher investigated the standard characteristics of the instrument .The researcher has reached to the following ـThe males in their network relations tend to their peers of males and females inside kindergarten in general . ـ The male males in their network relationship tend to their peers of males and females inside kindergarten . ـ The females males in their network relationships tend to their peers of males and females inside kindergarten in general . ـ The females males in their network relationship tend to their peers of males and females inside kindergarten ـ There are differences in estimations of kindergartens of male and female peers in network relationship , in that , the estimations of male peers is higher than estimations of female peers .
