dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to estimate and determin the proffessional competencies that must be available in the university professor, using the descriptive analytical method, to colletct the data for this study we selected a random sample from El Arbi Ben Mhidi university professors (N 39), and used a scale that contains sixty nine (69) items distributed on four dimensions are as follow: 1 Educational roles 2 Research roles 3 Social Service 4 Administarative and Proffesional Roles . the obtained data was treated by the following statistical methods: Standard Deviation (SV), Means, frequencies, percentages. results have presented according to the four dimensions of the scale, finally study concluded with recommendations and proposals to develop and expansion the university professors roles.en_US
