المعالجة الإعلامية للإهمال الطبي في الصحافة الجزائرية - دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لجريدتي (الشروق – الشعب) – من 01 جويلية 2017- 31 ديسمبر2017

Abstract

يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول المعالجة الإعلامية لموضوع الإهمال الطبي في الصحافة الجزائرية وهي دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين جريدتي "الشعب" و "الشروق" في فترة ممتدة من 01 جويلية 2017 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2017. وجاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن مدى اهتمام الصحف الوطنية بموضوع الإهمال الطبي، وطبيعة معالجتها لهذا الموضوع، وكإطار نظري تم الإعتماد على مدخل البنائية الوظيفية، ونموذج ترتيب الأولويات، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح بالعينة، وتم الإعتماد على أداة تحليل المحتوى، حيث تم تصميم الاستمارة لتكشف عن طبيعة هذه المعالجة شكلا ومضمونا عن طريق فئات الشكل، وفئات المضمون، وتناولت الدراسة في جانبها التطبيقي عرض بيانات المضامين المدروسة وتحليل نتائجها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - التغطية بصفة عامة كانت متواضعة مما يعني أن هناك عدم اهتمام كافي من قبل الصحيفتين المدروستين بالموضوع محل الدراسة. - اهتمت الجريدتين بالمعالجة الإخبارية التقريرية لموضوع الإهمال الطبي، مع استخدام ضئيل للأنواع التفسيرية التحليلية. - اهتمت الجريدتان بذكر أسباب الإهمال الطبي، مع وجود اختلاف في وجهات النظر بين الجريدتين من حيث الكشف عن الأسباب المؤدية إلى الإهمال الطبي، وهذا بحسب السياسة التحريرية والخط الإفتتاحي لكل جريدة. - كل من الجريدتين نوعت من حيث المصادر المعتمدة في الحصول على المعلومات المتعلقة بالإهمال الطبي وذلك من خلال الإعتماد على كل من المصادر الداخلية والخارجية بالنسبة للجريدة. - تسعى الجريدتين إلى تحقيق وظائف عديدة أهمها الإخبار والإعلام، التوعية والتحسيس، إقناع الرأي العام. وكل ذلك يؤكد على حقيقة أن معايير أهمية الحدث وخصوصية الصحيفة وطبيعة النظام الإعلامي هي التي تتحكم في شكل ومضمون وكيفية معالجة الصحف لمختلف الظواهر والقضايا ودرجة الاهتمام التي توليها لها، ومن منظور البنائية الوظيفية، هناك تباين بين الصحف المدروسة فيما يتعلق بالتوازن أو الاختلاف في تحقيق الصحف لوظائفها، ولكن عموما فالصحف الوطنية المدروسة أظهرت مساهمة في الحفاظ على استقرار النظام وتوازنه.

The subject of the study is on the media treatment of medical negligence in the Algerian press. it is a comparative analysis between Al-Shaab and Al-Shorouq newspapers in the period from 01 July 2017 to 31 December 2017. The study was designed to reveal the interest of national newspapers in the subject of medical negligence, and as a theoretical framework was based on the approach of functional construction and the model of prioritization. The study relied on the sample survey methodology, To reveal the nature of these communities the study dealt with the practical aspects of the presentation of the data of the studied contents and analysis of the results. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - Coverage in general was modest, which means that there is insufficient interest by the two papers studied the subject under study. - The two journals were concerned with the news reporing process of medical negligence, with little use of analytic interpretive types. - The newspapers were interested in mentioning the causes in mentioning the causes of medical negligence, with a difference in views between the two newspapers in terms of disclosure of the reasons leading to medical negligence, and this according to the editorial policy and the opening line of each newspaper. - Each of the two journals was classified in terms of the sources used to obtain information related to medical negligence through the reliance on both internal and external sources for the newspaper. - The two newspapers seek to achieve many functions, including news and media, awareness and sensitization, persuasion of public opinion. All this confirms that the criteria of the importance of the event and the privacy of the newspaper and the nature of the media system are the control of the form and content and how to deal with the newspapers of the various phenomena and issues and the degree of interest it gives them, and from the perspective of functional structure, there is a difference between the newspapers studied in terms of balance or the difference in the newspaper s investigation of its functions, but its functions, but its absence A national newspapers studied showed contribution to maintaining the stability of the system and balance.
