Abstract

الدبلوماسية مفهوم تطور عبر التاريخ منذ ما قبل الميلاد وصولا إلى عصر الديموقراطية لتبرز تحت مصطلح "الدبلوماسية الحديثة" والتي يتم توظيفها في حالة نشوء نزاعات دولية، تهدف للوصول إلى تسوية سلمية لها، وتتخذ لهذا الغرض أنواع و وسائل متعددة. هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على النزاع الليبي غداة ما يعرف بربيع الثورات العربية، المتصف بالتعقيد وعدم الإستقرار الأمني، الأمر الذي إقتضى توظيف جهود دبلوماسية حديثة لتسويته من خلال طرح مقاربات دبلوماسية حديثة تهدف إلى درئ العنف و إستعمال السلاح و الإلتفاف حول الحل السياسي، وبتالي إبراز الدور الكبير الدبلوماسية الحديثة في تسوية النزاعات الدولية

.Diplomacy is a concept developed throughout history from pre-Christmas to the age of democracy under the term "modern diplomacy", which is used in the event of international disputes aimed at reaching a peaceful settlement. This study sheds light on the Libyan conflict in the wake of the so-called Arab Revolt of Arab Revolutions, which is characterized by a complex and unstable security situation, which necessitated the use of modern diplomatic efforts to settle it through the introduction of modern diplomatic approaches aimed at preventing violence and using weapons and circumventing the political solution.
