Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير للصيرفة الالكترونية على دعم استراتيجيات الميزة التنافسية للبنوك ، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من البنوك بولاية ورقلة حيث تم توزيع استبيان ومعالجته عن طريق برنامج 19spss. وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن المتغيرات (الصيرفة عبر الانترنت، الصيرفة عبر البطاقات المصرفية الالكترونية، الصيرفة عبر الهاتف) لها ارتباط قوي مع المتغير ات (استراتيجيات الميزة التنافسية)، كما خلصت الدارسة أن البنوك عينة الدراسة يولون بالصيرفة الالكترونية في تقديم الخدمات، كمالها دور فعال في دعم استراتيجيات ميزتها التنافسية للتأثير على منافسها من خلال كسب عملاء جدد.
The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of electronic banking on supporting competitive strategies of banks through a field study of a sample of banks in the state of Ouargla where a questionnaire was distributed and processed through the 19spss program. The main findings were that the variables (online banking, banking through electronic banking cards, telephone banking) have a strong correlation with the variables (competitive advantage strategies). The study also concluded that the banks sample the sample in electronic banking in providing services, is instrumental in supporting its competitive advantage strategies to influence its competitors by winning new customers.
