تحديد الهيدروكربونات العطرية المتعددة الحلقات بالطريقة النشطة (HAP) في الجامعة والمستشفى بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

يتضمن عملنا تحديد بعض المركبات العطرية المتواجدة في الهواء كملوثات سواء داخل او خارج محيط الدراسة )جامعة ومستشفى مدينة ورقلة(، و يتم أخذ العينات بالطريقة النشطة بمضخة ، والعينة متمثلة في رأس المضخة وذلك أثناء فترات العمل والإجازة لشهر مارس ، بعد ذلك نقوم باستخلاص العينات ثم الفصل بواسطة عمود فصل ،bain ultra-soon بواسطة حمام الموجات فوق الصوتية .GC/MS يتبعها تشخيص المركبات العطرية المعزولة بواسطة CC Our work is to identify some organic compounds present in the air as pollutants both inside and outside the environment of our study (University and Hospital in Ouargla). The samples were taken in an active method with a pump and the sample is in the pump head during the working and vacation periods for March .We then extract the samples by the ultrasonic bath, then separation by the CC separation column followed by the identification of the aromatic compounds isolated by GC / MS.
