Abstract: The migration triangle through civilizations and historical times is one of the aspects of human interaction, but after the emergence of other variables such as organized crime, trafficking in human beings and others, migration phenomenon, especially illegal migration, became one of the sources of transnational security threats as described in the Barcelona Declaration within the framework of the European Union. To face the phenomenon through many mechanisms and approaches, and perhaps the tyranny of the security approach adopted by Europe in the management of the file of illegal immigration was the most appropriate and optimal according to the doctrine and perception of the European Union to be a safety valve.
