| Abstract: | Technology development has led to the appearance of mental rights that are derived from abstract things of pure thinking. This last is called literary and artistic rights where the abstract ones of the author have gained their extreme importance since they are rights which protect the creator from any infraction that may touch his/her literary creation. The Algerian legislator has made importance to this point through establishing laws that can organize these rights and protect them from any infraction. |
