Abstract

Praise be to Allaah. The one who says in an arbitrator is to download it: "The money and the children are adorned with adornment." (Al-Kahf, verse 46). Children are a divine blessing worthy of being protected, cared for and reserved and given their rights. The importance of this category to the enjoyment of the various rights of this group is of great importance to this group of societies in all fields, and because of its great role in the industry of the future, which has led to the issuance of many conventions, treaties and declarations, And so With a view to the definition of children's rights and work to protect them, the same thing that I've realized the Maghreb legislation, forcing it to pay very important for this category, and to work on a statement of their rights and enact legislation to ensure their protection.
