Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة دور تخطيط المسار المهني في تحفيز العاملين في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز للشرق "تبسة"، و ذلك من خلال التعرف على توفر احتياجات و استراتيجيات تخطيط المسار الوظيفي و بعدية ( الترقية، التدريب) لدى المؤسسة، كما هدفت هذه الدراسة للإجابة عن دور تخطيط المسار المهني في تحفيز العاملين محل الدراسة. و بغرض معالجة الإشكالية قمنا بإعداد و توزيع الاستبيان على عينة من الدراسة البالغ عددهم55 عينة و تم استردادها كلها. و في الأخير استخلصنا من الدراسة عدة نتائج أهمها : أن تخطيط المسار الوظيفي له أثر على تحسين أداء العاملين، و أنه توجد علاقة إحصائية بين أثره في تحفيز العاملين، و أن الترقية هي الأكثر تأثيرا في تخطيط المسار المهني و تحفيز العاملين في المؤسسة.

This study dealt with the role of career planning in stimulating the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation of the East (Tebessa) by identifying the needs and strategies of career planning and distance learning (promotion and training) in the institution. The role of career planning in stimulating the workers in the study. In order to address the problem, we prepared and distributed the questionnaire to a sample of the study of 55 samples, which were retrieved. Finally, we concluded from the studys ever alresults, the most important of which is that career planning has an impact on improving the performance of workers. There is a statistical relation betweenitseffect on employee motivation and promotion is the mostinfluential in planning the careerpath and motivatingemployees in the institution.
