Abstract

يهدف هذا البحثإلىالتعرفعلىأثر نظاممعلوماتالمواردالبشرية فيتسيير الأجور و الرواتب فيشركة كهريف و ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري وعليهنطرحالإشكاليةالتالية: (مامدي مساهمة نظام المعلومات الموارد البشرية علي تسيير الأجور و الرواتب حسب حالة عينتين من المؤسسات)،ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسة,وتوزيع نتائج استبيان علىالعينتين وتقدر( 50 ) استبيان فيمختلفالأقسام،واسترجاعها و تحليلها ،وبناءعلىماتقدممنتحليلالنتائجالاستبيانوماتمعرضهفيالجانبالنظريفقدتمالوصولإلىمجموعة من استنتاجات،وأكدتنتائجالتحليلأن تقييم تطيق أنظمةالمعلومات و أنظمة الأجور تظهرفي استخدام قاعدة بيانات للاحتفاظ بالمعلومات و اختصارأوقات و العمل علي تحسين معدلات الأجور الرفع من الزيادات و العلاوات وفيإنجازفيحيننريأنهناكمعوقات تسعي لاجتنابها أهمها افتقار التقارير و البيانات للوضوح والدقة ذالك ما يصعب عملية صيرورة العمل،إلاأنللأنظمةالمعلوماتالمتعددةإيجابياتعديدةتدعمالنشاطالإداريوترفعمنكفاءته.This project aims to know the effect of the iformatic system on the personnel ;the salaries and the payments manjement some soceities and industries. That ‘s why we put the point on the problem and ask what’s the effect of the informatic system on the evaluation of the personnel in the pays and the salarie ? pays to reach the aim of this stydy ;there was an emprovement and distribution of a qeustionary ;in diferent departement of societies. After the resulatat and the analysis ;somes conclusion have been obtaimed :-that the informatic system always aims to improve the administrative prachises and build a good trchnology basis and even to follow the international technology. This study also shoved thate these results appears in the use of a good basis even to store thèse information ;its also fruitful in gaining Mora time in work and éven Making it better and more productive.
