Abstract: With the development of Applied Linguistic research, learning the language in isolation from "community culture" is no longer feasible or acceptable. Language and Culture are strongly interconnected. Currently, teaching and learning Arabic language through immersion in its cultural and societal environment has become one of the most effective means of coexistence among the peoples of the Arab nations as well as between them and other nations with which they have multi-purpose, links and goals. These orientations and relations imposed to Arabic Language Curricula for other Language Speakers to give The "Community Culture" and the "Society Services" sufficient space in designing and programming, with more appropriate practices and activities. This research discusses the relationship between Learning Arabic and its Culture and its importance in the Curricula of Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages, Clarify the extent which the "Community Culture" component in some of the Arabic language learning series, presents a strategies based on scientific principles and criteria for developing the Arabic Language, and suggests how to activate it through "Community Services", in order to enhance its effectiveness in Language Learning and Cultural Communication, serving the Arab Community locally and globally.
