Etude de système de dessalage au champ OURHOUD

Abstract

Le dessalage est une opération très importante pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des différents traitements pétroliers, et éviter ses conséquences telles que la corrosion des équipements. La commercialisation du brut, est régie par des contrats qui fixent en particulier les teneurs en sels et en eau (entre 40 et 60 mg/l en sel, et d’ordre de 1% en eau) Nous tenons dans ce travail l’étude sur l’unité de dessalage du pétrole brut dans le centre de traitement « CPF » ou nous traitons le problème des sels existe dans le brut. On concentre sur la méthode électrostatique et ses propriétés, les unités de dessalage électrostatique et sa vérification de calcul, après, nous faisons la comparaison entre les trois train et la distribution de la charge pour voir un bonne rendement de l’usine au cours de fonctionnement.
