Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the the sources and levels of psychological stress among visually impaired individuals practicing and non-practicing physical sports activities in the center of the blind in the state of M'sila, Algeria, and identifying the differences in levels of psychological stress and uncovering the most important sources of psychological stress for the visually impaired. Psychological pressure of the visually impaired according to the variable exercise of physical activity (non-practicing practitioner), the degree of visual disability (college - partial) on the measure of sources of psychological stress in visually impaired individuals, (The attitudes of the visually impaired towards disability) - (The attitudes of the family towards visual disability) - (The attitudes of society towards visual disability), and the current research sought to answer the questions about the most important sources of psychological stress and the most important sources Visually impaired individuals. After analyzing and enriching the research variables in theory, the descriptive method was used. We continued to measure the sources of psychological stress in visually impaired individuals and ensured that they had the necessary psychometric characteristics applied to the study sample consisting of 15 visually impaired persons (08 practitioners and 07 non-practitioners) (04 faculty - 11 partial) distributed on them the measure of sources of psychological stress, and after the collection and processing of data statistically and presented and analyzed, interpreted and discussed based on the theoretical approach and the availability of previous research: v The level of psychological stress for visually impaired people is low compared to non-practicing practitioners whose levels were high according to the suggested sources of psychological stress, v The current research revealed that the most important sources of psychological pressure that visually impaired people are affected by the following effects: the pressures resulting from the society's attitudes towards visual disability - the pressures resulting from the effects of visual impairment on the individual - the pressures resulting from the family's attitudes towards visual disability - Visually handicapped Nakhu handicapped, v There are statistically significant differences for the visually impaired between practitioners and non-practitioners of physical activity adapted to the level of psychological stress "in favor of practitioners, on all four scales and the overall score. vThere are no statistically significant differences in the measurement scores on all four scale axes, as well as on the total score of the measure. The sources of psychological stress for the visually impaired are attributed to the variable "visual degree of disability" (college-partial). Therefore, in light of the results of the current research, the researchers provide a number of suggestions, the most important of which are: Encourage the need for physical and sports activities adapted to the visually impaired. Propose awareness programs and awareness of the need to pay attention to the phenomenon of psychological pressure, especially with high levels and multiple sources and causes, and this in order to carry out periodic review and continuous evaluation of psychological pressure for the visually impaired as well as strategies to adapt to psychological stress. Preparation of programs and training courses for the visually impaired and their families. In how to deal or adapt or face the pressures that hinder their educational path and to familiarize them with scientific methods and methods to overcome them, Provide psychosocial care for the visually impaired through the establishment of psychotherapy units to alleviate the stressors they face, and help them by training them to use appropriate methods to deal with different psychological pressures. Building measures in the sources of psychological stress and methods of confrontation and identify the sources of pressure and methods used by other variables.
