Abstract: It aims current research to identify the level of Adaptors and Innovators: Style of Creativity and level of Flexible Thinking among university students, as well as recognize the significance of differences on according to gender (male - female), as well as the correlation between the two variables, in order to check it has the researcher to adopt Adaptors and Innovators: Style of Creativity prepared scale by (Kirton 1994) and (Al-bana 2007) and (Al-Rikapy 2015) as the number of paragraphs was finalized (29) items, and adopt Flexible Thinking prepared scale by (Al-Jalad 2014) as the number of paragraphs was finalized (32) items, has been confirmed the psychometric of characteristics was applied instruments on a sample of (135) students which are chosen randomly from four Colleges at the University of Baghdad, (College of Arts, College of Mass Media, Al-khwarizmi College of Engineer, College of Science) for the academic year 2016-2017 showed Find the following results: The research sample of university students there have the Innovators Style of Creativity. There are non statistically significant differences between (male and female) in Adaptors and Innovators: Style of Creativity. The research sample of university students there have the Flexible Thinking. There are non statistically significant differences between (male and female) Flexible Thinking. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is no correlation between Adaptors and Innovators: Style of Creativity and Flexible Thinking on the sample as a whole.
