dc.description.abstractThe current research seeks to identify the effective changing in the female students of the kindergarten department. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the two researchers constructed to measure of effective change. It composed of (45) items, which consisting of three stages (melting, change and freezing). And the validity of the measure was determined by means of retesting. The coefficient of stability (0.79) was greater than the application of the test, and found that Alfa Cronbach equation, he coefficient of stability is (0.84). Then the scale was applied to a sample of (500) students selected by the random stratified method (proportional distribution). The research reached to the following results: 1- The students of the kindergarten department have an effective change in varying degrees. 2- There are differences between students in effective change according to the stages of study. 3- There are no differences between students in effective change depending on the desire to study. The researchers then made a series of recommendations and proposals.en_US
