Etude de Production l’essence sans plomb à la raffinerie de hassi messaoud RHM2

Abstract

This study is presented some method for the production of the unleaded gas at the level of the new refinery of hassi messaoud, at the beginning about of spoken on the gasoline in Algeria and the processes about the production and the characteristic about the gasoline, the relationship to lead and its effect on the environment and health, passes from there afterwards in the description of the refinery of hassi messaoud, and the sections of the unit with the preparation of the leaded gasoline’s.¶ ¶With discussed, of discussed the treatments suggested for exempted the gasoline by lead, and the solution proposed to obtain unleaded gas in conformity has the standard and also for satisfaction the need for market, the treatment the beginning for are changed the operating condition of the unit is the temperature and the flow also the catalytic load until walk has high severity, in also proposed as solution the change of catalyst of current reforming RG451 by another bimetallic catalyst RG68A 1.2, in studied the walk of the unit with new catalyst, also in studied the case of modifies the process of the unit and addition processes of isomerization ¶existing reforming, ¶With the end finds of it that our study near has us our objective with a small change on the current process, the catalyst change is effective A condition of butane adjustment, as finds of it as the installation of a unit of isomerization with recycling partial of gasoline is very-promising, and effective for our objective ¶

Cette étude est présenté quelque méthode pour la production de l’essence sans plomb au niveau de la nouvelle raffinerie de hassi messaoud, au début en parlé sur l’essence en Algérie et les procédés de la production et les caractéristique de l’essence, la relation avec le plomb et ses effet sur l’environnement et la santé, en passe après à la descriptif de la raffinerie de hassi messaoud, et les sections de l’unité avec la préparation des essences plombées. A la discutions, en discuté les traitements suggérées pour exemptée l’essence par le plomb, et les solution proposé pour obtenir essence sans plomb conforme a les norme et aussi pour satisfaction les besoin de marché, les traitement au début sont pour changé les condition opératoire de l’unité soit la température et le débit aussi la charge catalytique jusqu'à la marche a haute sévérité, en proposé aussi comme solution le changement de catalyseur de reformage actuel RG451 par un autre catalyseur bimétallique RG682A 1.2, en étudié la marche de l’unité avec la nouveau catalyseur, aussi en étudié le cas de modifie le process de l’unité et ajouté une procédés d’isomérisation en parallèle avec l’unité de reformage existant, A la fin en trouve que notre étude nous proche a notre objectif avec un petit changement sur le process actuel, le changement de catalyseur est efficace a condition de ajustement de butane, aussi en trouve que l’installation d’une unité d’isomérisation avec recyclage partielle de la gazoline est trè-prometteuse, et efficace pour notre objectif
